About the role

The Data Processing Specialist – Australian Mortgage is a full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for accurately processing and validating mortgage‑related data for Australian clients, ensuring high‑quality records in internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update customer information, loan details, and supporting documentation in CRM and internal databases.
• Handle online forms, document processing, and error prevention to maintain data integrity.
• Assist with property valuation, pricing requests, and home‑loan application support.
• Communicate professionally in written and spoken English with brokers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Stay informed of Australian mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve data issues independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain organized workflow across multiple applications.
