Dental Product Sales Representative

About the role

The Dental Product Sales Representative will promote and sell dental products to clinics, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies and other healthcare institutions. This role involves building strong relationships with dental professionals and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to dental clinics, hospitals, dental laboratories, pharmacies and related institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, dental surgeons and procurement teams.
• Monitor product stock levels, order flow and product movement.
• Provide updates on competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager, logistics and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, BBM, B.Com, Pharmacy, Science, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in dental, medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical‑equipment sales is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also considered.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Personal vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
