Digital Automation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Automation Executive to join an offshore marketing hub supporting an Australian recruitment and workforce solutions group. You will work directly with a Design Executive and be accountable for multiple brand marketing operations from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build and send email and marketing automation campaigns, including nurture sequences, ABM, and logic branching.
• Maintain and update brand websites using Squarespace, Applyflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
• Execute paid social and paid search campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Manage on‑page SEO/AEO tasks such as meta tags, schema, and structured data.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, A/B testing insights, and data‑hygiene support.
• Work strictly to brief, flagging any ambiguity rather than guessing on brand voice or strategy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in marketing automation and/or CMS execution.
• Experience with a marketing automation platform (Bullhorn Automation, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Practical experience with CMS tools (Squarespace, WordPress, Applyflow, or similar).
• Proven track record managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English, capable of producing Australian‑style copy.
• Ability to handle multiple brands/accounts concurrently without cross‑contamination.
• Availability to work hours that overlap Sydney business hours (AEST).
