Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized and digitally‑savvy professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator. This part‑time, remote position works three days a week and supports our website, social media, video, and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Update website content and layout using Webflow CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, creating and scheduling posts, repurposing content and monitoring engagement.
• Edit short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, adding captions, graphics and music.
• Set up, schedule and monitor email marketing campaigns, maintain recipient lists and report on performance metrics.
• Track performance across all digital channels, prepare weekly and monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Support the broader marketing team with additional digital and content tasks as needed.
