Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for a digitally‑savvy Marketing Executive to lead our online sales and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and growing revenue through strategic digital campaigns and e‑commerce platform management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across e‑commerce platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and adjust strategies to improve ROI, conversions and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, IT, logistics and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels and track sales performance via CRM systems.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards and performance analyses for management.
• Support brand‑building initiatives through content marketing and digital storytelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
