Arksh Group, a diversified conglomerate in Nepal, is expanding its digital footprint across multiple business verticals. We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead to shape and execute multi‑brand digital strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for several brands.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and online branding initiatives.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Boost brand visibility and generate leads across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and business teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative digital tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
