Head of Monetization

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Monetization to own revenue generation for our digital products, shaping sustainable business models and turning data‑driven insights into profitable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve pricing and monetization strategies across product lines.
• Explore subscription, in‑app purchase, advertising, partnership and other revenue models.
• Analyse customer behaviour, conversion, retention and revenue data to identify opportunities.
• Design, test and iterate pricing offers and monetization approaches.
• Collaborate with product, technology and marketing teams to implement and optimise monetisation features.
• Track results, present findings and continuously refine decisions based on data.

Required profile

• Experience in monetisation, growth, product strategy, revenue or business development.
• Strong understanding of how digital products generate revenue.
• Analytical and commercial thinking with ability to turn data into action.
• Experience with subscriptions, digital products, pricing or customer growth is preferred.
• Strong research, problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
