Social Media Associate

About the role

Ads Evoke is seeking a Social Media Associate to manage day‑to‑day content, community engagement, and campaign execution for a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates who have completed digital‑marketing training and want hands‑on agency experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok for assigned clients.
• Draft engaging captions, hashtags and copy that match each brand’s voice.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to ensure timely delivery of visual assets.
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare simple weekly reports.
• Assist in running boosted posts and basic Meta Ads under supervision.
• Stay updated on platform trends, new formats and industry‑specific changes.
• Support senior SMM associates and account leads in content‑calendar planning.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with a certificate/diploma in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Genuine interest in social media, content trends and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as business platforms.
• Comfortable writing in English and Nepali with good grammar.
• Willingness to learn tools such as Meta Business Suite, ClickUp and basic analytics dashboards.
• Organised, deadline‑driven and able to manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
