Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM/Paid Ads-focused)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and drive our paid acquisition strategy. You will plan, launch, and continuously optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms, turning ad spend into real users while building our paid marketing function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and additional channels.
• Conduct audience research, targeting and A/B testing to improve performance.
• Manage ad budgets, optimise bids and minimise cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign results using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Write and test ad copy, creatives and landing page elements in collaboration with design.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align paid and organic efforts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, bidding strategies and industry trends.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising (SEM/PPC).
• Hands‑on experience running campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset – comfortable reading reports, spotting trends and adjusting strategy.
• Basic understanding of SEO and organic marketing is a plus.
• Excellent written communication for ad copy and reporting.
