Email Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Email Marketing Executive to design, launch and optimise email campaigns that boost engagement, lead generation and customer retention for our SaaS and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, test and deploy email campaigns using platforms such as Mercury 360, Mercury Recruit, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns and Mailchimp.
• Maintain an email calendar aligned with broader content and paid‑media plans.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative and calls‑to‑action and apply insights.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to approve copy and creative assets.
• Ensure database hygiene, segment audiences, monitor sender reputation and manage authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Track delivery, open, click, reply, unsubscribe and conversion metrics; report weekly and monthly performance.
• Identify funnel drop‑off points and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, IT or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on email marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology or B2B.
• Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone across brand voices.
• Comfort with data analysis and drawing practical conclusions from campaign metrics.
