Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to design, execute and optimise our online marketing initiatives. You will lead the creation of compelling content, manage paid campaigns and analyse performance across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage company social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging posts, videos, reels, blogs and promotional materials.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other online advertising campaigns.
• Conduct basic SEO, keyword research and website optimisation.
• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, leads and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Research market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, sales and other departments to ensure consistent branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication and content‑creation abilities.
