Digital Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Operations Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel digital campaigns for Ecstatic Minds’ clients. Based in Kathmandu, you will oversee the daily operations of the digital marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaigns across social media, search (SEM/SEO) and email channels.
• Coordinate team workflows, allocate resources and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Track performance metrics, prepare analytical reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align strategies with business goals.
• Refine processes, maintain quality standards and support the continuous growth of the agency’s digital services.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing operations, including campaign planning and performance monitoring.
• Experience with social media management, SEM/SEO, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated people and project management skills, including resource allocation and deadline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience; agency experience is a plus.
