Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team in Mahalaxmi, Imadol‑04, Lalitpur. You will own the organic growth of our web presence, optimise search visibility and run performance‑driven paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, search‑intent analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
• Implement on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tactics, including meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, sitemaps and Core Web Vitals optimisation.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn to maximise ROI.
• Monitor website performance, keyword rankings and organic traffic using GA4 and Google Search Console, producing regular reports.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure keyword‑optimised, technically sound pages.
• Build high‑quality backlink profiles through ethical link‑building and digital PR outreach.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, industry trends and emerging digital‑marketing tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in SEO, performance marketing or digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
• SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz
• Paid‑media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
• Basic HTML, CSS and familiarity with Laravel‑based CMS
• Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks
• Email marketing automation platforms
• Graphic design tools: Canva, Figma
