Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Yoddha Lab is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the company’s digital growth across social and search channels. You will own campaigns from concept to performance reporting, focusing on scaling the e‑commerce business and expanding the online customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Website, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Manage the full content pipeline – ideation, shooting/design, editing and publishing for both organic and paid initiatives.
• Use data‑driven insights to improve reach, engagement, lead generation and ROI across all channels.
• Support affiliate‑marketing programmes and funnel optimisation.
• Integrate AI tools where applicable to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate part‑time and full‑time resources for content creation and campaign execution.
• Track KPIs (reach, conversions, CPL, ROAS) and deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising and operations to align campaigns with product availability and business priorities.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in CRM, SaaS, agency or e‑commerce environments.
• Proven track record of growing online sales or CRM/SaaS adoption.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and reporting dashboards.
• Experience managing or mentoring freelance/part‑time talent is a plus.
