About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our team in Kathmandu. The role involves leading digital marketing initiatives for our clients, ensuring campaigns are strategically planned and flawlessly executed.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Coordinate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide regular performance updates.
  • Analyse digital trends, metrics and performance data to optimise campaigns.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing plans and deliverables.
  • Lead, mentor and supervise a team of marketing professionals.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in client servicing and campaign management.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
