Digital Marketing Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join our Kathmandu team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with real B2B campaigns for clients across the UAE and GCC markets, focusing on LinkedIn outreach and email lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute LinkedIn outreach sequences and manage cold/warm email campaigns.
• Publish and schedule content for client channels.
• Source and build lead lists for targeted outreach.
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare client reports.
• Support the delivery of LinkedIn and email lead generation services.

Required profile

• Organised, communicative and eager to learn digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 0‑1 year of experience in digital marketing, outreach or a similar role.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional platform.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
