Engineering Project Management Specialist

About the role

The Engineering Project Management Specialist will join Sigma Technologies in Kathmandu to lead and coordinate engineering projects across heating, water treatment, pumping, bottling, parking and other infrastructure solutions. This full-time, on-site position ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop detailed schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities among engineering, construction, procurement and client teams.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and report status to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects, preferably in heating, water, fire protection or related industrial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse on‑site team.
