English Mentor Supervisor

About the role

The English Mentor Supervisor will lead a team of English mentors, ensuring high‑quality language instruction and consistent performance across all mentoring sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate mentor performance through regular quality‑assurance reviews, track KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Provide structured feedback and conduct regular 1:1 sessions to enhance mentors’ English proficiency and teaching effectiveness.
• Design and manage mentor schedules and session plans, guaranteeing consistent availability for English‑focused sessions.
• Oversee daily mentor operations, maintain team performance standards, assess capability and identify needs for additional mentors.
• Partner in recruiting mentors with strong English communication skills, assess candidates’ proficiency and support onboarding and training.
• Address mentor concerns promptly and facilitate conflict resolution within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, English, Business or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
• Proven experience in mentoring, training or team supervision.
• Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to assess and improve language delivery and communication quality.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
