ERP Functional Consultant (Odoo)

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on Odoo to help our clients optimise their business processes. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that Odoo solutions are aligned with each client’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with customers to analyse business operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop detailed Odoo implementation plans tailored to client requirements.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements in collaboration with clients.
• Configure and customise Odoo modules to meet specific functional needs.
• Map existing processes to Odoo’s standard functionality and propose optimisations.
• Lead implementation projects, coordinate timelines and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide post‑implementation support, training and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with Odoo developers to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Odoo features and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant education such as CA/ACCA or a bachelor’s degree in a BIM/IT‑related discipline is preferred.
