Field Sales Representative

About the role

Mero Rating is seeking an energetic and target‑driven Field Sales Representative to expand its business network in Kathmandu. You will meet directly with business owners and managers, showcase the platform’s benefits, and guide new partners through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients in the field.
• Schedule and conduct face‑to‑face meetings with owners, managers, and decision‑makers.
• Present Mero Rating’s value proposition and convert prospects into partners.
• Assist new businesses through the onboarding process to ensure successful launch.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and follow up to drive ongoing sales.
• Track sales activities, leads, meetings, and onboarding outcomes.
• Gather market feedback and share insights with the internal team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in engaging with business owners and managers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and visits.
