Finance & Accounts Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations in the automobile and trading sector. The role involves overseeing accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance and financial planning to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance and accounting functions, including receivables, payables, banking and cash management.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management information systems and regular management reports.
• Manage budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Monitor inventory costing, expenses and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with banks, tax authorities and external stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Required profile

• CA qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in an automobile or trading company is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Proven leadership, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and support strategic decision‑making.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software.
