Finance and Operations Manager

About the role

Karobar Digital is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to lead financial management, compliance, budgeting and operational processes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will support strategic decision‑making and drive business performance across our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and close the financial year.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, track revenue, and produce financial statements.
• File VAT, TDS and income‑tax returns, manage IRD portal work and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate audits, handle regulator filings and manage cash‑flow forecasts and annual budgeting.
• Run payroll, vendor payments, expense reimbursements and oversee procurement and office administration.
• Identify and document process improvements as the company scales.

Required profile

• Semi‑qualified CA with 2+ years experience, or MBA in Finance with 3+ years, or Finance/Accounting degree with 5+ years.
• Hands‑on experience with VAT, TDS and income‑tax filing on the IRD portal.
• High integrity, discretion with confidential data and a valid driving licence.
