Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, budgeting, accounting, compliance and reporting functions. The role is pivotal in ensuring financial stability, improving profitability and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop, monitor and report on budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll and banking transactions.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend cost‑optimization measures.
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.
• Manage working capital and fund utilization.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting, especially for manufacturing businesses.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants and government authorities.
• Implement and improve financial controls and accounting processes.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
• 5–10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred.
• Proven experience in budgeting, taxation, audits and financial reporting.
