Finance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Officer to join Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. in Lalitpur. The role focuses on preparing and maintaining management information systems (MIS) and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual MIS and financial reports.
• Analyze budgeted versus actual performance, highlight variances and trends.
• Maintain financial records and databases for reporting and analysis.
• Extract, verify and analyse data from accounting and ERP systems.
• Support compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning models.
• Monitor budget utilization and communicate significant deviations to management.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and validate financial and operational information.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate MIS and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Semi‑Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or MIS.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
