Food & Beverage Attendant (Waiter)

About the role

Hotel Goodwill is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to join its on‑site team in Lalitpur, Nepal. The role involves delivering high‑quality service across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, room service, banquet and event areas, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar and service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure dishes meet quality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a guest‑first attitude.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for banquets, events and special functions.
• Use the property management system (PMS) to record orders and process payments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, teamwork and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑based PMS software for order taking.
