Director – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage leads the strategic direction and daily operations of the property's culinary outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. This senior position is responsible for delivering brand service standards, driving revenue growth, and ensuring financial performance while maintaining high guest and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement food and beverage strategies aligned with brand objectives, set performance goals, and monitor financial results against budget.
• Manage the department’s budget, cash and liquor controls, and oversee CAPEX recommendations for equipment and renovations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the food and beverage team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring continuous improvement in service and profitability.
• Analyze guest feedback, comment cards, and satisfaction data to drive service enhancements and corrective actions.
• Identify market trends, introduce new products, and pursue revenue‑generating opportunities while maintaining profit margins.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with 4 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and deliver results in a hospitality environment.
