Server – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

The Server position at Roadhouse Pvt. Ltd. is a full‑time, on‑site role in Kathmandu. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring guests enjoy a warm, efficient dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area, set and clear tables, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate orders.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns, process payments via POS, and follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Support a smooth service flow during peak hours and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere aligned with Roadhouse’s hospitality values.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills, able to interact courteously with diverse guests.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tables during busy periods.
• Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills to address guest concerns promptly.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, carry trays safely, and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Fluency in Nepali and working proficiency in English are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for billing and cash handling.
• Basic numeracy for accurate payment processing.
