About the role
The Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests at our Nagarkot property, handling check‑in/check‑out, reservations and billing while delivering courteous service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check‑in, check‑out and billing.
- Handle reservations, respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate records using the Aegis Property Management Software.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar front office or hospitality role.
- Willingness to reside and work in Nagarkot, with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Experience with Aegis Property Management Software.
- Good communication skills in English and Nepali.
