Full Stack Developer (Flutter & Laravel)

About the role

Sarwa Sewa, Nepal’s first dedicated service platform, is looking for a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to take end‑to‑end ownership of its existing application. You will work in a hybrid model, primarily remote, with occasional on‑site collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the current codebase, ensuring security, stability and scalability.
• Develop, test, deploy and release new features for Android and iOS using Flutter.
• Manage backend services, APIs, third‑party integrations and notification systems.
• Handle server configuration, production deployments and build‑release pipelines.
• Monitor performance, optimise databases, and implement backup and data‑integrity processes.
• Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering production‑level mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong background in Laravel/PHP development and MySQL database management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Independent work style with strong accountability and communication skills.
