Full Stack Tech Lead

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd. is building a cloud‑based SaaS platform and needs a hands‑on Full Stack Tech Lead. You will own the end‑to‑end architecture, write production code daily, and guide a small, fast‑moving engineering team through the product’s initial build.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a modular monolith architecture with clear boundaries between core modules.
• Define and implement a multi‑tenant data model with row‑level security to keep each customer’s data isolated.
• Set up and manage the CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions and Docker, collaborating with the DevOps engineer on deployments and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor two full‑stack developers to enable independent feature ownership.
• Document foundational technical decisions and drive sprint planning, demos, and early risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven production experience with TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS or similar) and PostgreSQL, including shipping and operating live systems.
• Hands‑on experience building front‑end architecture with React, preferably Progressive Web Apps.
• Background designing multi‑tenant or data‑isolation systems and understanding related security concerns.
• Comfortable owning CI/CD processes and working closely with DevOps on containerised cloud services.
• Ability to write clean, well‑documented REST APIs that can later support mobile clients.
