Full-Time Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, trend‑savvy Content Creator to join our in‑house team in Lalitpur. The role is full‑time and focuses on producing short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that captures audience attention and drives brand engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Research, spot and adapt emerging trends, sounds and formats for the brand’s short‑form channels.
• Plan, shoot, edit and curate engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts videos.
• Collaborate with external creators and internal marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate content to increase reach and shareability.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of TikTok and other short‑form platforms.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera or working closely with creators.
• Fluent in Nepali and English.
• Passion for social media and ability to identify what makes users stop scrolling.

Required skills

• Hands‑on video editing proficiency with CapCut and AI‑based editing tools.
