Google Ads Specialist

About the role

Omnisphere Technologies is seeking a results‑driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google’s advertising ecosystem. The role focuses on improving performance metrics such as conversions, ROAS and CPA while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns on Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor and market research to inform targeting.
• Write, test and optimise ad copy aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor budgets, bids, conversion metrics and adjust settings to improve CTR, CPC and CPA.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Perform A/B testing of ads, landing pages, audiences and bidding strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify new opportunities to increase qualified traffic, leads and revenue.
• Collaborate with content, design, development and broader marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management and written/verbal communication abilities.
