Graphic Design Intern

About the role

NEXPIONEER is looking for a full‑time Graphic Design Intern to join its on‑site team in Kathmandu. You will support the design department by creating visual assets for both digital and print channels while gaining hands‑on experience on real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, marketing collateral and basic layout designs.
• Assist in logo and brand identity development, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Perform image editing, basic retouching and optimization for digital use.
• Prepare files for production and update existing designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to a dynamic design culture.

Required profile

• Understanding of layout, colour theory and typography.
• Experience or interest in logo design and branding.
• Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
• Enrollment in or completion of a design or visual arts program is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or equivalent design tools.
