Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will craft visual content that represents NEC’s brand across all student‑facing and public channels. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will support lead generation through social media, print, and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design at least five social‑media posts daily, following the campaign calendar.
• Create print and digital collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and event materials.
• Develop branded templates for presentations and internal documents.
• Edit photos and short videos from events and student testimonials for multi‑channel use.
• Maintain and evolve NEC’s brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Turn marketing briefs into finished creative within agreed timelines.
• Support counselling and front‑desk teams with ad‑hoc visual requests.
• Organise and archive design files and brand assets.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a strong portfolio.
• Comfortable producing high‑volume work – minimum five posts per day plus additional requests.
• Team player who collaborates well with Marketing and other departments.
• Prior agency, consultancy or in‑house marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe InDesign (a plus).
• Basic video‑editing ability using Premiere Pro or CapCut.

What we offer

• Location: NEC office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu (onsite).
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
• Salary: NPR 30,000 – 50,000 per month (gross).
• Fixed‑term contract for one year with annual performance review and renewal.
• Immediate start and one open position.
