Graphic & Motion Designer (Full‑time)

About the role

We are a boutique marketing agency that partners with multiple brands to deliver digital marketing, content, campaigns, branding, social media, and creative communication. We are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who can turn ideas and content into compelling visual communication across static and motion media.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, carousels, advertisements, and other digital assets that align with campaign objectives.
• Design brochures, posters, flex, and other print or offline materials when required.
• Adapt approved designs to various platform sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce short‑form motion graphics, animated reels, typography animations, product animations, and visual explainers for social media.
• Edit video content to meet platform specifications, ensuring pacing, readability, and brand alignment.
• Research visual references, explore layouts, typography, colour palettes, and storytelling techniques to inspire original concepts.
• Contribute ideas during campaign and festival creative planning sessions.

Required profile

• Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals such as typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, and visual balance.
• Ability to translate written content into engaging visual concepts rather than simple template fills.
• Comfort working with multiple brand identities and adapting to distinct visual styles.
• Attention to detail in copy, dimensions, branding, and final exports.
• Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional attitude toward feedback and iterative design improvements.
