Guest Experience Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join the Front Office team at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately.
• Provide personalized assistance, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to enquiries, requests and concerns.
• Coordinate room status and special requests with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Handle guest payments, billing enquiries and other Front Office transactions in line with hotel procedures.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining options and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and support revenue.
• Maintain accurate guest records, preferences and service recovery information in the system.
• Assist VIP, repeat and long‑stay guests with tailored service and manage special occasions.
• Support colleagues during peak periods and ensure a clean, organized lobby environment.

• Team‑player who can collaborate with multiple hotel departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in front‑office software and basic computer applications.
• Cash handling and billing experience.
