Reservation Supervisor

About the role

Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will lead daily reservation operations at the new Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pokhara, ensuring accurate and timely handling of guest and agent booking requests in line with IHG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the reservations team to guarantee smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Monitor and process reservations across all booking channels, maintaining accuracy and timely updates.
• Track room availability, occupancy, and reservation pickup while maximizing revenue through effective upselling and inventory management.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, and other departments to manage guest requirements, group bookings, VIPs, and special requests.
• Ensure all reservation activities comply with IHG standards, hotel policies, and established procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field from a recognized institute.
• 1–2 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or a similar hotel operations role.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
• Customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
