About the role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at InterContinental Pokhara Resort, you will lead the housekeeping team to maintain high product quality and deliver exceptional guest service in line with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems, room types, layouts and facilities.
- Supervise implementation of standards for bedroom, bathroom, cleaning services and linen maintenance.
- Communicate guest messages to housekeeping, laundry, F&B, front office and engineering teams.
- Conduct shift briefings to ensure staff are aware of hotel activities and operational requirements.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult interactions and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied work situations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and continuous improvement.
