Restaurant Manager – Multinational Restaurant Group

About the role

The position leads the day‑to‑day operations of a restaurant within a multinational group, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction. You will manage staff, uphold standards, and drive operational excellence across busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure efficient outlet functioning.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage shifts, and ensure adequate manpower during peak and non‑peak hours.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety standards, hygiene practices, and service standards.
• Maintain high customer service standards, address complaints, and resolve issues professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, fast‑food, QSR, café, or hospitality operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience managing a high‑volume restaurant or multi‑outlet fast‑food/QSR environment is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a customer‑oriented approach.
