Head Technician – AC & Refrigeration

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Technician to lead our air‑conditioning and refrigeration service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all repair, maintenance and troubleshooting activities across a wide range of AC and refrigeration systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily technical operations for AC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform complex repairs, preventive maintenance and emergency troubleshooting.
• Diagnose system faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in AC and refrigeration maintenance.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex technical issues.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of various air‑conditioning and refrigeration system types.
