Hospital Incharge (Operations Manager)

About the role

Samaj Dental Hospital is seeking a full‑time Hospital Incharge to lead daily operations at its Kathmandu location. The role ensures smooth patient flow, efficient appointment scheduling, and coordination between clinical and administrative teams, delivering high‑quality dental care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital operations, including patient intake and appointment management.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance and performance support.
• Manage resource utilization and monitor compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards.
• Handle patient and visitor inquiries, resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and resource planning activities.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and patient‑centered environment.
• Collaborate with senior management and medical professionals to improve processes and support staff training.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management within a healthcare setting.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine or healthcare operations.
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration (highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business, or related field; clinical background is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a professional, inclusive environment.
