Hotel Receptionist – Front Desk (Flexible Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, presentable, and service‑oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our front‑desk team. The position is ideal for BHM students or early‑career hospitality professionals who want hands‑on hotel exposure, flexible working hours, and clear pathways for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and walk‑ins professionally.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments (cash/card).
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional at all times.

Required profile

• BHM students (ongoing or completed) or 6–12 months experience in hotel reception, front office, or customer service.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English, Nepali (mandatory), Hindi a plus.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with shift timings.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
