Housekeeping Attendant – Hotel Guest Room Care

About the role

Join the new Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk as a Housekeeping Attendant and help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for every guest. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linen, replenish amenities, and prepare rooms for arriving guests.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, missing items, or unusual conditions and report them promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain organization of housekeeping pantries, linen rooms, and storage areas.
• Handle linen, towels, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment responsibly.
• Support cleaning of public spaces such as lobbies, elevators, and corridors when needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Laundry, Front Office, and Engineering teams.
• Follow procedures for lost and found items and handle guest belongings with care.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in line with hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
