Human Resource Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to lead day‑to‑day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves managing recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and providing support to staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned vacancies, including posting, screening, interviewing and coordinating onboarding.
• Maintain daily attendance, leave, and employee records; track late arrivals and absences.
• Prepare HR reports on attendance, leave, and employee movements.
• Handle onboarding, confirmation, resignation and exit formalities, and prepare HR letters and notices.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, generalist or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment and employee management.
• Good understanding of attendance, leave management, onboarding and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
• High sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
