Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for Get Job Pvt Ltd in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Nepalese labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with local labour regulations.
• Coordinate hiring needs with business units and manage all HR documentation.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
• Advise senior leadership on HR best practices and support workforce planning.
• Plan and deliver training and development programs.
• Support change‑management activities and foster an inclusive work culture.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Ability to design and implement HR policies compliant with Nepalese labour regulations.
• Experience in workforce planning, organisational development and change management.
• Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS systems and basic data analysis for reporting.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, preferably in staffing, outsourcing or multi‑industry environments.
