Inventory Logistics Manager

About the role

The Inventory Logistics Manager will lead on‑site inventory operations in Kathmandu, ensuring that materials are available, accurately recorded, and efficiently utilized across projects. This full‑time position works closely with procurement, project, and warehouse teams to align stock planning with project timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, tracking movements and verifying records.
• Coordinate material flow between procurement, warehouse, and project sites.
• Implement controls to reduce discrepancies, losses, and safety incidents.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, optimize stock, and support purchasing decisions.
• Develop and refine inventory processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare regular inventory and logistics reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, construction or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Kathmandu.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Competence in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheet applications).
