Inventory Manager – Birgunj

About the role

The Inventory Manager will lead inventory operations at our Birgunj site, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient material flow, and optimal use of storage space. You will work closely with procurement, warehouse, production, and customer service teams to support the company’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and trigger timely replenishment.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and regular reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify variances, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and customer service to ensure smooth material flow from receiving to dispatch.
• Develop strategies for raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts and overstocking while minimizing carrying costs.
• Optimize storage capacity across warehouses, silos, and cold‑storage facilities.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives in inventory control, space utilization, and process efficiency.
• Manage and develop the inventory/warehouse team, set performance targets, and monitor KPIs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a managerial inventory or warehouse role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory and warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
