About the role

Wonaw & Associates is seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join its hybrid team in Satdobato Lailitpur. This full‑time position offers the chance to work alongside senior architects on innovative, sustainable projects while developing core design and project‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare architectural plans and construction documents.
• Collaborate with senior architects on design concepts and project integration.
• Support sustainable design initiatives and contribute creative solutions.
• Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and client communication.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
