About the role

We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy individual to join our team as a Junior Content Creator & Digital Operations Specialist. This position blends graphic design, social media content production, and document editing with a growing focus on AI automation, CRM tools, and basic web development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Edit, format, and optimise corporate documents to ensure high visual quality.
• Support basic web development and routine website maintenance tasks.
• Assist in configuring and training workflows using AI tools and CRM platforms.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Studies (completed or in final semesters) in Graphic Design, Digital Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Practical experience at junior or freelance level in social media management, ad design, and document editing.
• Basic understanding of web development or programming logic.
• High adaptability to new technologies with a strong curiosity to learn AI and CRM systems quickly.
• Growth mindset and willingness to take on challenges outside the comfort zone.
