Junior Flutter Developer (On-site, Kathmandu)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Flutter Developer to join our core engineering team at our Gyaneshwor office in Kathmandu. You will work side‑by‑side with senior mobile developers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to build, maintain, and publish cross‑platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive UI components and features using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement state‑management patterns such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, handle JSON parsing, and manage offline storage.
• Debug UI issues, optimise performance, and test across iOS and Android devices.
• Assist in building and releasing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, design discussions, and code reviews on‑site.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience developing Flutter applications.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, app lifecycle, and asynchronous programming.
• Practical experience with at least one state‑management library.
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and using local storage solutions.
• Comfortable using Git for version control.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu (BYOD preferred).
